Case Study - UFH Wimbledon Park

Project: Wimbledon Hill Park, London
Date: November 2014
Systems: Domestic Underfloor Heating

Project Details

This large scale domestic underfloor heating project was installed by Logistical Building Services into a development of eight £2m luxury homes for housing developer Berkeley Homes.

The installation totalled over 50,000sq ft of underfloor heating to the ground floor of the properties, with radiator systems installed into the upper floors using Maincor MLC pipe-in-insulation and connected with Maincor Press Fittings.  The heating systems are controlled using Maincor wired air temperature heating controls to provide maximum comfort for the occupants with zoned heating control.

Throughout the course of the project, Maincor provided the system design, completed a site survey with the client and provided installation training and after care support to ensure that the project ran as smoothly as possible.
