Kay has worked in the plumbing and heating sector in Wales for over 18 years, including 6 and a half years in underfloor heating. Her hands on approach is supported by personal experience installing underfloor heating systems and she has the ability to be able train her installer customers in UFH installation techniques. Kay has a lot of knowledge and prides herself in being able to explain the principles and installation of underfloor heating systems and MLC plumbing to plumbers, end users and contractors. Kay also works closely with her merchant customers to help them grow their business with Maincor systems.
