Used in conjunction with a 3 port valve, the Weather Compensator unit reads indoor, outdoor, flow, return and mixed flow temperatures. This allows it to modulate the flow temperature to system requirements depending on the outdoor weather conditions. The indoor sensor is an optional extra that is used to feed back information to the weather compensator, allowing the controller to see the buildings reaction to the change in flow temperature.
