Chamber Systems

Chamber Systems from 150mm through to one of the worlds largest single mould plastic chambers – 1000mm diameter.
Used in combination with their PP (polypropylene) pipe systems, Maincor provides a complete fully-welded waste water drainage system.
Maincor provides the benefit of a whole range of expertise: a complete high-quality system comprising pipes, chambers and fittings – all perfectly working together.
Maincor chamber systems have been designed to withstand traffic loads up to SLW 60 as well as loads from earth and ground water – over the whole service life and combine convincing material properties with the highest possible stability and leak proof application.
Installation
The chamber structure comprises just a few easy-to-handle components which can be easily connected together without the need of adhesives or mortar. Installation into asphalt surfaces is also simple as the cover “sits” perfectly and closes in-line with the surface. Even slopes can be easily overcome as the covers can tilt on inclined areas by up to 7% to the connection line.
Traffic Impact
The innovative product design deflects the impact of traffic directly into the surrounding soil. Not even heavy traffic loads place the chamber under stress; moreover, the environment of the pipe connections is not subjected to any force effects, i.e. the installation of cost-intensive articulated pipe sections has become redundant. In combination with the telescopic pipe, the chamber cover always stays on the current road surface level.
Self-cleaning
Very little maintenance is required for Maincor Chamber Systems because of the material properties and product design. The construction method of the chamber base ensures a permanent hydraulic flow which prevents blockages. The chamber, to a large extent cleans, itself!
